physical therapy/massage
Whether you come for wellness or physical therapy, appointments are always 1-on-1 with the same clinician and in a private space. Clients come to us for wellness for relaxation & stress relief massage, trauma informed massage and for physical therapy for pain relief, injuries, pre/post-operative care, and customized in-person strength, mobility, and balance programs and more.
nutrition
Our Registered Dietitian is rooted in the belief that you can change the way you feel by starting a journey to better gut health. Your gut controls your entire health and well-being. We encourage small, habitual changes that within 48 hours can change the way you feel. You can use food as a tool to get your health back on track.
