Beth has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years with primary specialty in anxiety management, pregnancy/postpartum adjustment, work decompression, and relationship skill building. As a trained art therapist, Beth believes that creative expression is healing; although art making is always an option when working with Beth, it's important to know that is never a requirement. She offers person centered care that taps into her clinical expertise while meeting each client's individual needs. Instinctually yet intentionally, she greets each client with unconditional positive regard which she believes is foundational for true therapeutic change. Beth's clients commonly describe her as calming and her voice as resonant.
