Jennifer is a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.  With a heart for service, a deep respect for the innate wisdom of our bodies, and a strong desire to see others heal and thrive, she takes a science-based, compassionate, and sustainable approach to nutrition and wellness.  
 

Jennifer believes in the power of food as medicine and the importance of addressing the whole person. Her work is anchored in the foundational pillars of adequate sleep and hydration, nervous system regulation, drainage and detox, and nutritional adequacy, balance, and variety.
