New Moms Therapy Group  The New Moms Therapy Group is an 8-session, psychotherapy group for postpartum moms (0-18 months)

Calm & Centered

Calm & Centered is a 3-week psychotherapy group for adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. The group focuses on learning practical tools to calm the mind, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded.

This group meets on Mondays (February 16, 23, and March 2) and is offered at two times: 12:00–12:45 PM and 6:15–7 PM. Participants may attend in person at our Beaver location or virtually.

 

Led by Tammy Rink, LPC, Licensed Therapist and Founder of Cornerstone Wellness. Insurance accepted. Limited spots available.

New Moms Therapy Group

The New Moms Therapy Group is an 8-session psychotherapy group for postpartum and post-adoptive moms (0–18 months). The group focuses on emotional adjustment, identity changes, relationships, and nervous system regulation during early motherhood.

The group begins on Thursday, February 19 and meets every other week from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM at our Robinson location.

This group is led by Shannon Hogan, LCSW, and provides a supportive, non-judgmental space for moms to process the transition to motherhood alongside others in a similar stage of life. Babies are welcome but optional. Insurance is accepted, with a self-pay option available.

Grief and Loss SUPPORT GROUP For Children Ages 8–11  Grief can feel confusing and overwhelming for children.

Grief and Loss Support Group

The Grief and Loss Support Group is a 6-session, in-person psychotherapy group for children ages 8–11 who are experiencing grief or loss. The group helps children understand and express emotions, normalize the grieving process, and build connection, support, and hope.

The group meets on Saturdays from March 7 through April 11, 12:00–1:00 PM, at our Beaver location.

Led by Amanda Hiltz, MS, LPC, Certified School Counselor, and provides a supportive, age-appropriate environment through guided discussion, creative activities, and peer connection. Insurance is accepted, with a self-pay option available.
