Hi, I’m Dr. Maria!

 

I view the body as an interconnected whole and my goal is to help you feel better and move better. I believe in shared decision making, an approach in which clinician and client come together in treatment and decision making. I provide a blend of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises that are tailored to your needs.

 

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calming and private space. All appointments are uninterrupted 1-on-1 sessions.

 

During your initial appointment, we’ll cover your history, questions, complete an evaluation and movement assessment, and create a plan together. This appointment will also include your first treatment and usually lasts 60-90 minutes.

Are all sessions 60 minutes?

Your first appointment is between 60-90 minutes and follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes, and 45 or 90 minute sessions are available.

Through Cornerstone's Workplace Wellness Workshop Series, she works with organizations to address the physical and physiological roots of burnout, stress, and diminished productivity, equipping teams with practical, science-backed tools they can use immediately. Her sessions are grounded in clinical expertise and delivered with the kind of clarity that resonates with professionals at every level. Available for corporate engagements, leadership retreats, and organizational partnerships, in person and virtually.
