Hi, I’m Shannon!

As a therapist, I aim to help you harness your natural strengths to foster positive change. I believe in creating a supportive and safe environment to help build resilience and process emotions.

 

I utilize a warm and light hearted approach and adapt therapeutic methods to fit your unique needs. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.

 

I work with teens and young adults to address issues including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and self-harm, life changes, and family conflict.

 

Reaching out for support takes courage and it would be an honor to walk through life’s ups and downs with you.
