Stacey Wurst, LCSW
Counselor
Hi, I'm Stacey!
First, know that I love what I do, and you'll see that by the personalized experience you'll feel when sitting in my office. I strive to be completely authentic with each of my clients while bringing warmth and safety into our time together.
As a clinician, I work with young adults and individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, relationship challenges and difficult life adjustments. I also love working with marriages and families. I will be an active therapist in session by using an eclectic approach to provide client-centered care. I primarily work from a Christian perspective, but I also respect if my clients do not wish to work from this foundation within their treatment. Specifically, I am well-versed in dialectic behavioral, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and trauma therapy.
The things we experience in life can be so painful and challenging. My goal is to problem-solve with you through these challenges while ensuring you feel seen, validated, and understood. Together, we'll sift through the most vulnerable parts of yourself, your thoughts, and your feelings to find hope, healing, and growth.
